Oh yes, they do – usually without even realizing it. Companies that move in the market leave data behind like footprints with every step they take. Customers have heard about them and Google them. In principle, yes. There are countries where less data on companies is available – for example, because companies don’t have to publish reports. But with what is available, we can work practically everywhere.

Quite clearly: no. Corresponding profiling and data collection is taboo for private individuals as a result of the GDPR. And that’s a good thing. We don’t want to live in a surveillance state. Companies, on the other hand, have no personal rights, so they can be screened much more precisely.
